Joey Scouts is for boys and girls from 5, 6 years to 7 1\/2 years. <\/span>As a Joey Scout you\u2019ll be part of a Mob which is full of energetic kids just like you. You\u2019ll have a trained Joey Scout Leader who will look after you and plan fantastic activities for you and your Mob. As a Joey Scout you\u2019ll learn how to share and care while having fun with your friends.<\/p>\n

* Must have had their fifth birthday and be eligible to start Year 1 prior to commencing in this Section<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Do you know how to cook chocolate spiders or make frog puppets? Can you build monsters and spaceships from scrap items? Have you ever grown a plant or hiked in the bush? These are all things you can learn when you are a Joey Scout!<\/p>\n

Joey Scouts are boys and girls aged six and seven who like having fun and making friends! When you join Joeys you\u2019ll be part of a Mob. You\u2019ll play games, read stories, sing songs and do craft activities.<\/p>\n

nature<\/em><\/span><\/h1>\n

You\u2019ll find out about nature and learn about native birds and animals. You might fly a kite, go bush walking, go to the beach, or visit a fire station, zoo or farm.<\/p>\n

fun<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

The Joey Scout motto is HOP \u2013 Help Other People! You\u2019ll learn to jump in and HOP, and to share with your friends. You\u2019ll also learn heaps of useful stuff, like what to do in an emergency.<\/p>\n

When you join in different activities and learn new things, you and your mates in the Mob can earn special badges to sew on to your Joey Scout shirts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
